How do I return products to RHO?
You can return items purchased from the RHO Store for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and mail/fax orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Items can be returned with the order receipt by mail or in person to the RHO office in Toronto:

To make a return by mail
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. If your order consisted of multiple copies of a single item, you must return all copies to receive a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Rainbow Health Ontario reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your package with the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the returned item(s), less shipping costs. The refund will be in the form of a cheque issued by Sherbourne Health Centre.
