To our friends and supporters,

The Rainbow Health Ontario (RHO) 2020 Conference scheduled for April 21-23, 2020 in Niagara Falls, Ontario at the Sheraton on the Falls is now cancelled. This decision is based on the latest information available about the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent recommendation from Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Williams to immediately suspend all gatherings of over 250 people.

As we continue to actively monitor this rapidly evolving situation around the COVID-19 pandemic, our hearts and minds are on those affected by the virus. As a program of a healthcare organization, we also want to reassure you that the health and safety of our service users, staff and community partners are always our top priority. We have taken important measures that impact our programming and services as part of our response to containing the spread of COVID-19, including the cancellation of the RHO 2020 Conference. While all of these decisions have been difficult, they are vital to ensuring we keep communities safe. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.

RHO will fully refund all paid conference registration fees. To cancel your accommodations and travel, you will need to contact the company with whom you have reservations/bookings. For conference attendees who were staying at the Sheraton on the Falls, Marriott hotels has updated its cancellation policy in light of COVID-19 to allow for a full refund up until 24 hours before your intended stay.

We are thankful to every one of our speakers, registrants, community members and conference organizers for their contributions to this edition of the RHO Conference and support for LGBT2SQ health.
