Amanda Higgins RMT graduated from Kikkawa College in 2005. She has also completed levels I and II Reiki. With her sensitive hands, comprehension of postural analysis as well as astute intuition, Amanda provides a massage treatment best suited to what you are experiencing with your body.
Massage speeds the recovery of sore muscles by enhancing functions of the lymphatic system and removing toxins from the body. It effectively delivers nutrients to tissue/cells and breaks up adhesions from scar tissue to restore flexibility and range of motion. Treatments induce general relaxation which aids in recovery from stress and helps prevent the onset of illness and injury.
