It effectively delivers nutrients to tissue/cells and breaks up adhesions from scar tissue to restore flexibility and range of motion. Treatments induce general relaxation which aids in recovery from stress and helps prevent the onset of illness and injury.
Massage has been proven to physically aid:

  • pain & discomfort with chronic muscle tension
  • stiff joints
  • sciatica
  • fractures
  • sprains
  • overworked muscles
