Dr. Laura Hoffmann, ND, helps people of all ages to reduce pain, manage their hormones, and optimize the pillars of health: sleep, digestion, exercise and energy!

Dr. Laura has been trained in evidence-based medicine, menopause hormone therapy, and acupuncture. She uses blood work to thoroughly assess and monitor disease progression. She is skilled in checking for any medication-supplement interactions to ensure safe treatments.

Her practice includes treating a variety of health concerns with a focus on pain management, arthritis, diabetes, and blood pressure management. She has a special interest in hormonal health and menopause hormone therapy and has completed advanced training in safety and prescribing. She enjoys helping people to feel their best no matter which stage of life they are in!
