Grand River Community Health Centre

At the GRCHC, we have a team of health professionals dedicated to client-centred care. This includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a social worker, registered dietitian, counsellor, chronic disease specialist, and community support facilitator/advocate. Our registered clients have access to this team who work with them towards helping them achieve better health and wellness.

GRCHC hosts the Safe Spaces program which aims to reduce harassment, bullying and discrimination toward LGBTQ people within Brant and Brantford county.

GRCHC run a LGBTQ social the first and third Tuesday of the month also runs Gender Journeys support group for trans and non-binary individuals, for both of these programs you do not need to be a GRCHC client.
