Inner Flux Counselling Services is a private practice representing a safe, accepting, and affirming space for our LGBTQ+ community.

Phe Wong (she/her) is owner and sole therapist at Inner Flux. She identifies as a queer POC,  who will also be an advocate alongside you. She strives to ensure you’re seen and heard as your true self.

Your journey with Phe may include exploration and formation of: sexual identity, gender identity, and/or ethnic/racial identity. Phe is here to help when it comes to concerns around: transition, minority stress, “coming out”, confidence & self-esteem, trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, workplace, and relationships.

Online and distance counselling is provided through: Video, Phone, Email, and Instant Messaging, for ages 14+ residing anywhere in Ontario. In-person appointments are held in London, Ontario.
