Jamieson has been working for more than 15 years with diverse and creative community-building projects such as songwriting workshops that draw on emotional experiences for healing and community building through song and dance. His therapy draws on inner strengths and creative expression to manage complex thoughts and emotions. Jamieson has lived experience as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and has worked extensively in culturally diverse groups writing, collaborating and performing in theatre and music.

Jamieson’s therapy focuses on the power of thought and intention, psychoeducation, metaphor and ritual to build healthy habits and a balanced life. His approach supports meaning-making, the importance of self-efficacy, and perceived control of experiences in the healing process from both cognitive and social-constructivist perspectives.

Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation and for more information.

I will be accepting clients for online and in-office appointments. As a practicum student, I will be seeing clients under the supervision of Judy Lui, Registered Psychotherapist.
