Thames Valley Midwives

The Midwives represent a depth of diversity and experience in the Midwifery practice. Midwives are experts in normal birth and provides care to clients during pregnancy, labour and for the first six weeks postpartum. All midwives are graduates of the Ontario Midwifery Program at McMaster, Ryerson, or Laurentian Universities respectively or formal midwifery training abroad.

They have worked in a variety of rural and urban settings with clientele from all walks of life. They provide services to clients living in London, Middlesex Country, Oxford County, and Elgin County. Thames Valley Midwives holds clinic in London, Aylmer, and Woodstock. Midwifery offers clients the choice of giving birth at home, or in one of the two hospitals where our Midwives are credentialed; London Health Sciences Centre, and Woodstock General Hospital.
