We train health care and service providers in clinically and culturally competent care, develop evidence-based resources, advocate for inclusive policy change, and host Ontario’s leading 2SLGBTQ+ health conference.

Learn how to initiate and monitor puberty suppression for trans and non-binary youth, assess adolescent gender dysphoria, evaluate capacity to consent, identify puberty blocker criteria, and more.
Sept 12, 1-5 p.m.
Learn to assess and manage vaginoplasty complications, optimize pre-op preparations, identify and manage common post-surgical issues, and evaluate concerning symptoms.
Oct 9, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Learn to create inclusive, affirming services for 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Examine existing policies, materials and culture using an intersectional and anti-oppressive framework.
Oct 16, 1-4 p.m.
Learn how social stigma and discrimination can affect 2SLGBTQ+ people’s mental and emotional health, become internalized and how unhealthy coping strategies can develop.
Oct 22, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
This introductory training equips providers with foundational skills in 2SLGBTQ+-informed trauma care. It combines trauma-informed principles with cultural competencies to enhance service delivery.
Nov 20, 1-5 p.m.
This training prepares primary healthcare providers to assess and manage masculinizing surgeries complications , including preparing patients, assessing concerning symptoms, and more.
