Help us design for you!

Rainbow Health Ontario (RHO) is undertaking website user research to help us better understand what brings people to our website and how our site should be organized to best meet your needs. The results of this research will shape how we develop the next RHO website.

We are currently seeking participants for in-person interviews in London, Ottawa, Sudbury and Toronto to spend a half-hour with us during the week of Jan. 28-Feb. 1. In this interview, we’ll ask you questions about the Rainbow Health Ontario website, your experiences with looking for information there, and what you think belongs on the next site of Canada’s only government-funded program dedicated to improving LGBT2SQ health outcomes.

We are looking for Anglophone and Francophone participants. We are also eager to hear from people with intersectional identities, who face compound access barriers and whose needs are not always accounted for in information design.

If you’re a community member, clinician (physician, nurse, NP, counsellor, social worker) researcher, or policy person in one of these four cities that can find a half-hour to meet with us, please indicate your availability in the form below for the days indicated.

Interview participants will receive a $20 honourarium to cover time and travel costs if these aren’t already covered by your work.

Live somewhere else or just can’t meet with us? Feel free to fill out the form anyways and we’ll get a web survey link to you when it’s ready.
