CPhA has developed an expanded version of the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Toolkit specifically to support pharmacists in providing inclusive and affirming sexual and reproductive health services to transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) patients. Building on the core toolkit, this TGD-focused collection offers additional guidance and practical resources designed to help pharmacists deliver respectful, patient-centred care as their scope of practice continues to grow across Canada.

This toolkit includes learning modules, counselling supports and downloadable tools to help pharmacists integrate inclusive best practices into everyday care for TGD patients.
