Q&A With Dr. Jordan Goodridge
At RHO, our instructors collaborate with experienced facilitators to deliver courses on 2SLGBTQ health. One of our long-time collaborators is Dr. Jordan Goodridge, a Toronto-based physician, educator and leading expert in 2SLGBTQ health. Offering an opportunity for our learners to hear from peers like Jordan brings a uniquely helpful perspective that combines specialized knowledge with a deep understanding of realities in the field as a practicing physician.
Jordan shares his highlights of working in 2SLGBTQ health education, as well as his appreciation for supporting colleagues, and how taking one course can lead to developing valuable networks of peer support.
Service Notice: December 16 – January 6. New LMS Coming Soon!
For the last few months, RHO has been working on building a new and improved Learning Management System (LMS) for our learners. We will be launching this in January – stay tuned for more announcements!
In anticipation of this new system, RHO courses on learn.rainbowhealthontario.ca will be offline from December 16 – January 6.
No training will be scheduled at this time and on-demand courses will be unavailable. Should you and/or your organization be actively taking one of our on-demand courses: 2SLGBTQ+ Foundations, Fondements 2SLGBTQ+, or 2SLGBTQ+ Older Adults and Inclusive Care. Please plan your learning schedule accordingly to have your courses completed by December 16. We’d also like to ask our learners to ensure they’ve downloaded any certificates in preparation for this move.
Everyone at RHO is looking forward to providing a more user-friendly learning experience in the very near future.
