Hey, I’m Rebecca (she/they). I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) serving Ontario with online individual sessions. I work most often with young adults who are figuring their lives out. That might mean exploring gender and sexuality, learning more about a new diagnosis, supporting executive functioning, or something less concrete – like figuring out the ‘who am I, actually?’ type questions. People come to me when regular therapy feels overwhelming or too clinical. I’m a queer, agender person myself, so I can meet you where you’re at! Let’s figure this out together.
