Crystal Metham RMT

Hi,

I’m Crystal a queer & neurodivergent RMT in KW.   My goal as an RMT is to help with the stresses of every day life: pain, sleep, mood, nervous system regulation. I want to help others find a sense of ease, safety, and connection with & in the body.  As an RMT I have done placements at ARCH (HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health) serving both clients and staff and have a particular interest in serving those who experince neurodivergence ( I am myself Bipolar 1).  I firmly believe all systems in our bodies interact and depend on each other… no one system functions alone; a whole person approach is always the most effective approach. I provide registered massage therapy and cupping, prenatal massage, Indie Head massage, Gua Sha and hot stone.

I am a part of the team at embark physical therapy in kw.

Please note: my room is up a set of stair and so it is not accessible. However the main building is accessible ( it has a ramp) and any of the rmts on the main floor would be happy to serve you if you have access ability needs.
