Daisie Therapy

I am a queer identified social worker and psychotherapist.

I help people reduce conflict, heal chronic emotional pain, restore integrity and find ease, confidence and joy in their lives, even when it seems impossible.

Through this work, you can harness your own innate ability to face and transform the challenges of living, loving, working and parenting. Together we create a compassionate and courageous space where you are heard and understood within the wider context of your family and environment. Using the neuroscience of emotion, this work strengthens emotional resilience and improves quality of life in the long term. Problems are addressed at the root, rather than focusing on behaviours or symptoms.

I am passionate about modern attachment theory, relational neuroscience, polyvagal theory and trauma theory.

I embrace a neurodiversity paradigm. I support people with ADHD related issues and have lived experience with ADHD.

I help people with relationships including struggles with dating, break ups, conflict or distancing in relationships, family relationships of all kinds and nontraditional relationship structures such as consensual nonmonogamy and polyamory.
