I provide psychotherapy that is rooted in person-centered, anti-oppressive values which means that you are the center of all of our sessions. What would it be like if you felt at home with yourself? What would it be like if all the different parts of you had a space to feel seen, to be heard, and to come together? We can work together to get to know you — all of you. We will move toward the changes you would like to see for yourself by co-creating a space where you can feel safe enough to voice your truths and gain awareness of how current difficulties connect to past experiences.
In my work with couples and individuals, we address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and trauma.
We will work collaboratively to tailor treatment to your needs. I use an integrative approach that is supported by evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion/emotionally focused therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), internal family systems, and mindfulness-based practices.
You have been brave enough to consider taking a step toward facing hard feelings and it would be my honour to accompany you on this part of your journey. I’d love to work with you to help you connect with yourself and your world in the way you deserve.
