Why I’m Here for You

You’ve carried so much on your own. You’ve navigated spaces that weren’t built for you. Books, prompts, and forms rarely capture the depth of your experience. Yet here you are—willing to be seen, to feel relieved, to reconnect.

I provide a compassionate and trauma-informed space designed especially for 2SLGBTQ+ adults who have faced erasure, misunderstanding, anxiety, burnout, identity questioning, grief, or cultural disconnection. My hope is simple: that you feel understood—not “tolerated”—and safe enough to bring your whole self to our work.

My Warm & Gentle Approach

Healing isn’t linear—and it’s always relational. I combine:

  • Body-centered awareness (somatic awareness & mindfulness)

  • NARM-informed work to gently uncover developmental trauma

  • Self-compassion practices and expressive tools to find your voice

  • Relational attunement—anchored in radical empathy, curiosity, and respect

Together, we slow down, attune to what’s alive in your body, and welcome the parts of you that have been hidden, hurt, or silenced.

I Support 2SLGBTQ+ Adults With:

  • Feeling emotionally disconnected, unseen, or empty inside

  • Navigating anxiety, self-doubt, stress, exhaustion

  • Unpacking grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • Exploring identity, belonging, internalized pressure

  • Inner child and generational trauma

  • People-pleasing, boundaries, and reclaiming space

  • Culturally-informed wounds and intersectional stress

It makes sense, given homophobia, transphobia, invisibility, and historical ties to shame—you don’t have to “push through” anymore. You deserve a space that reflects all of who you are, including your queerness.

What to Expect

  • Non-judgmental presence: you’re the expert on your life; I come beside you

  • Somatic tools: practice becoming aware of your inner struggles, reconnecting to your inner landscape

  • Expressive space: find creative ways to embody your truth—whether through breath, art, words

  • Relationaling: no fixing, no coaching—just patient listening and empathetic attunement
