Embodied, relational Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am a NB person, with 34 years of experience in Mental Health. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) in Canada, and an internationally trained psychologist, and neurocriminologist, I specialize in working with folks with various intersectionalites such as ND+on a Gender Journey; ND and substance users; BIPOC folks on the spectrum, LGBTQ2S+ families affected by Alcoholism and Addictions, etc. I welcome, and hold a safe space for all members of our LGBTQ2S+ community, and have completed the trainings offered by RHO to support transitions.
I also provide integration services under a Harm Reduction model to those who explore Plant Medicine options to support their growth, and healing.
