Therapy Services

  • Child Therapy
Using play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and creative methods, our therapists support children facing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, school stress, trauma, attention concerns (including ADHD), and family-related transitions. Parents are actively involved to promote sustained change at home.
  • Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy sessions help partners strengthen their bond by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and addressing conflicts in a safe and supportive environment. Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we guide couples through challenges such as intimacy concerns, life transitions, and recurring disagreements, empowering them to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Evidence-based CBT helps clients reshape negative thought patterns and behaviors to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, chronic pain, and more. Therapy is highly individualized to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
This mindfulness-infused approach builds psychological flexibility by encouraging clients to accept inner experiences while pursuing actions aligned with their values. ACT is effective for anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and emotional overwhelm.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Geared toward emotional regulation challenges, DBT combines CBT skills and mindfulness practices. It helps clients develop distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and impulse control—beneficial for mood disorders, BPD, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and personal growth.
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT focuses on understanding, processing, and expressing emotions to enhance emotional well-being and strengthen relationships. It supports healing from trauma, depression, emotional regulation issues, and interpersonal struggles.
  • Narrative Therapy
This collaborative approach helps clients rewrite their life stories by externalizing problems, challenging limiting beliefs, and constructing empowering narratives based on their strengths and values. It supports recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship and family issues, and life transitions.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
CPT is an evidence-based trauma therapy designed to reduce PTSD symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance, and harmful beliefs. It encourages emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience in healing from traumatic experiences.
  • Family Therapy
Tailored to address shifts in family dynamics, communication breakdowns, and life transitions, our family therapy sessions support improved understanding and closer emotional connections within families.

First Responder Support

We offer specialized support to first responders who face unique occupational stressors and trauma. Our clinicians understand the culture and mental health challenges in this field and uphold strict confidentiality.

Psychological Assessment & Treatment

  • Intake Assessment: We begin with a collaborative intake session to understand your background, goals, and concerns. From this, we co-design a treatment plan outlining preferred therapy approaches, session frequency, and expected treatment trajectory.
  • Comprehensive Psychological Assessment: Clients seeking clarity on emotional, behavioral, or cognitive issues can opt for a detailed assessment. This includes interviews and standardized tools to diagnose mental health conditions, inform treatment, or support academic or workplace accommodations. The process usually spans 3+ hours across one or two sessions, with results provided in a detailed report followed by a feedback session. Most clients receive their report within four to six weeks.
