Allyson is a member of the LGBT2SQ community with lived experience navigating the often less-than-welcoming healthcare system. As a psychotherapist, Allyson strives to provide person-centred care filled with mutuality, authenticity and warmth. Allyson deeply values humility and candor in her role and actively seeks to decolonize the experience of therapy.

Allyson’s areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships and supporting neurodivergent therapy-seekers.
