Through a strong therapeutic bond and a non-judgemental approach, I work with clients to address depression, anxiety, self-criticism, trauma, disordered eating, body image, self-harm, and more. To reach out for support during periods of difficulty is an act of courage. In therapy, my goal is to collaborate with clients to make sense of their circumstances and explore how to move towards new possibilities.
I provide individual counselling to adolescent and adult populations  and am experienced in working with clients who are members of the LGBTQ2+ community. Services are provided in person and virtually in Oakville and virtually in Milton and Mississauga.
I have experience working with clients of varying backgrounds, ages and cultures. In therapy, I draw on numerous techniques to best suit the individual, their situation, and their goals. Underlying all my work is an understanding of trauma, attachment, anti-oppression, and a strengths-based orientation.
Reaching out for assistance and connection is the first step towards a new way of being. In service of my clients and their goals, I am committed to providing services that are well researched, individualized, and helpful. For a free intake session, please contact Anchoridge Counselling Services.
