Our Harm Reduction Program seeks to reduce harms associated with substance use within Toronto’s African, Caribbean and Black Community (ACB) serving those that identify as Gay, Queer, Bi or Questioning and other Men who sleep with Men (MSM), as well as Transgender and other non-binary people. Our outreach activities seek to meet the unique needs of our communities “where they are at” to reduce the risk of HIV and STI infections, communicable diseases (i.e. HEP C), criminalization, overdose, and violence. These activities include community outreach at local events, bars, clubs and bathhouses, as well as housing two drop-ins, one for MSM and one for Trans and other non-binary people.
