I am a queer registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who embraces trauma-informed, decolonizing, anti-oppressive and intersectional therapeutic principles. Through a queer lens my practice supports 2SLGBTQIA+ folk by providing an affirming and inclusive space. My values encompass harm reduction and positivity in all forms – be it sex, polyamory, or kink. Using a range of therapeutic approaches, including, narrative, humanistic, existential and strength-based methods, I aim to tailor our work to meet your unique needs. In my practice, I prioritize cultural humility, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds and experiences of individuals and strive to approach every interaction with a deep respect for the unique cultural context and perspectives you bring to our sessions.

I adopt a social justice approach aiming to address systemic inequalities and advocate for fairness, inclusivity and empowerment inside and out of the therapeutic room. In our sessions, expect empathetic, intentional spaces which acknowledge the layers of marginalization, oppression, trauma, and healing that shape us. This space will be for sharing stories that affirm every part of your identity, reconnecting you to your values, experiences and goals for healing and growth.

Additionally, in recognizing the profound impact of the climate crisis on mental and physical well-being, and understanding the interconnectedness of humanity with all life on Earth, I am dedicated to learning and training for climate awareness in therapy.
