Couchiching Family Health Team

We are a team of family physicians and other health professionals located in Orillia, Ontario who are dedicated to improving the health care of our community.

We are focused on primary care; that is, the care you receive at your first point of contact with a doctor or a health care Team member. Primary care includes disease management and prevention, disease cure, rehabilitation, palliative care and health promotion.

We function as a team. We offer an approach to primary health care that brings together different health care providers to co-ordinate the most accessible, convenient and high quality care on your behalf.

We are patient-centered. All of our work as a team is focused on providing a circle of care that is guided by the unique needs of each person we serve. All our patients enroll with a physician on the Team. Please note that enrollment is limited by the availability of Team members.
