Egale Canada Human Rights Trust

Egale Canada Human Rights Trust (Egale) is Canada’s only national charity promoting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans (LGBT) human rights through research, education and community engagement.

Egale has many helpful online resources including: tips for travelling as a trans or gender variant person, making a LGBTI refugee claim in Canada, LGBTI Youth suicide prevention toolkit.

MyGSA.ca is a website dedicated to Gay-Straight Alliances and creating safe spaces in schools. Egale also does out reach to various school boards throughout Canada to train teachers on making schools safer places.
