Emma Woolley: Individual Therapy

I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) whose practice focuses on resilience, flexibility and strengths. I support adults 18+ in reconnecting with their values, re-telling their stories and moving through life’s difficulties. I bring authenticity, humour and an anti-oppressive stance to therapy, grounded in a LGBTQ2S sex-positive approach. I’m experienced in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-identified harmful behaviours, life transitions, grief, existential crises, perfectionism, inner criticism, trauma, stress management and relationship challenges.

My approach is integrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, compassionate and experiential. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) in unique ways to support each individual’s goals.
