Emma Woolley: Individual Therapy

I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) whose practice focuses on resilience, flexibility and strengths. I support adults 18+ in reconnecting with their values, re-telling their stories and moving through life’s difficulties. I bring authenticity, humour and an anti-oppressive stance to therapy, grounded in a LGBTQ2S sex-positive approach. I’m experienced in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-identified harmful behaviours, life transitions, grief, existential crises, perfectionism, inner criticism, trauma, stress management and relationship challenges.

My approach is integrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, compassionate and experiential. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) in unique ways to support each individual’s goals. To learn more about me and my practice, please visit my website (www.emmamwoolley.com).
