I aim to help foster enduring change and growth with my clients to achieve their goals and support them in the life they want to lead. Working with adults and older youth, I work with both individuals and couples. I pride myself on cultural competence and working from the worldview and value-system of my clients. I am a registered provider of mental health to the Indigenous community under the Non-Insurance program (NIHB). Rates range from $160 and I am located centrally in downtown Ottawa.
