I am a a Registered Social Worker who provides psychotherapy to children, youth, adults and families. I also provide workshops and trainings to diverse audiences on a number of topics. I work from a cognitive-behavioural framework and work with the strengths of each of my clients.

Common issues that are brought to my practice include: life transitions, trauma, supporting and advocating for gender diverse children and youth, behaviour concerns, overwhelming feelings of anxiety, family conflict, grief and loss issues, difficulties regulating emotions, school avoidance, peer/friendship difficulties, parenting concerns, communication challenges, gender identity and expression issues, and coming out issues related to sexual orientation.

Popular workshops that have been requested are: Building Positive Climates; Creating Gender Affirming Spaces for Children and Youth; Parenting Workshops; Healthy Relationships; Social Media and Relationships; Understanding and Responding to Children/Youth Sexual Behaviours; Talking to Children about Sex and Sexuality; LGBTQ+ Inclusivity; Topic specific workshops, such as Supporting and Coping with ADHD and Anxiety.
