I am a social work therapist in private practice. I mostly work with individuals and couples and have extensive experience working with people who have a history of trauma. I have a daily meditation practice and incorporate mindful meditation; eye movement desensitization and reprocessing; and emotional freedom technique whenever possible. I am a social justice activist and am an occasional guest columnist for the Windsor Star on issues related to racism; sexism; heterosexism and other forms of oppression.
