We all need help and support at times in finding relief, clarity and well-being. I have been in private practice in Toronto for 20 years serving LGBTQ and other communities. I am skilled at working with both individual clients and couples stay present, grounded and focused.

Most of us have heard variations on the benefits of being present and mindful – Be Here-Now! I can help you with being present; which is where cognitive and emotional self-awareness is accessible. I find that being present, with oneself and others, is the only place from which effective, conscious, lasting choices and changes can be made.

My approach is non-judgemental, client-centered and grounded in the client’s emotional, cognitive and physical present moment reality.

Respectful and compassionate therapeutic interventions [that include support, encouragement and gentleness balanced with the appropriate amount of challenge] are what I strive to bring to each session. Creativity, intuition, and playfulness are often close at hand.

During my 20 years in private practice I have had the privilege of working with people with different personalities, orientations, cultural backgrounds, experiences and concerns.
