The Gender Affirming Clinic at Grand River CHC offers services to individuals with regard to issues related to gender identity and expression, including gender expansive, trans and non-binary identities.

For individuals, consultation and support may include:

• Diagnostic assessments in support of affirming a diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria.
• Prescribing transition-related hormones.
• Monitoring of individuals on hormone therapy.
• Referrals for transition-related surgeries.
