Hayley Darychuk Psychotherapy

I am a queer identified Registered Social Worker who provides psychotherapy and system navigation services in the Toronto area. I have a Masters of Social Work Degree from The University of Toronto, and Bachelors of Social Work degree from McGill University.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing social and general anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol addiction and navigating life transitions. I am also skilled in system navigation, and can help you determine what health and other social services might be the best fit for your needs.

My practice is trauma informed, LGBTTQ2S affirming and grounded in anti-oppressive principles. I draw on my training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Approaches to meet my clients where they are at.
I offer online and in person counselling. All services are offered on a sliding scale, and covered under most insurers. I am located at a ttc accessible office space in the Annex.
