I am a Registered Social Worker with my MSW providing therapy out of the offices of Nova Phoenix Counselling Services in St. Catharines.  I specialize in working with queer, trans and non-binary children, youth and young adults and can also provide secondary assessments and letters in support of gender affirming surgeries. I have a client centred practice that focuses on the needs of the client in context and have experience with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, self esteem, self-harm, substance use, suicidal ideation, as well as issues related to gender, sexuality, and transition. It is important to me to provide advocacy and support where needed and to to build community connections for my clients in an affirming and safer space.
