We are passionate about working with you to address your concerns in the way that fits best for you. Strategies need to be relevant to your life situation. We will work together to develop those strategies to move toward the future you want. We have several therapists available who are familiar with trans and LGBTQ+ needs in therapy so we can find a good match for you. We look forward to working with you and have sessions available by phone or video for clients across Ontario.

We are also able to access psychiatric assessments remotely with our clients when needed through our partnership with the Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic usually within 2-4 weeks. The psychiatrists are paid by OHIP so there are no additional fees for this.

Warmly,
Holly Mathers, Kaytlin Hennigar, Lexi Muniak & Samanta Srijani
