To suffer is human – but to grow and heal is also human. In life, you might experience stress, anxiety, self-criticism, anger, difficult transitions or relationships, sleep disturbance, chronic pain/health issues, and other challenges. Sometimes, you might feel so stuck or overwhelmed that your usual coping tools are not quite enough. It can be helpful to seek support from a professional who empowers you to overcome life’s challenges by helping you tap into your inner resources and develop new ones. I am a therapist with years of experience offering such support.

I serve adults (age 18 and over) with diverse backgrounds. Using CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and other therapies, I support clients in changing how they relate to themselves and their experiences; modifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving; increasing their understanding of their emotions; and cultivating skills to improve mental health.

I use an integrative approach to tailor therapy to individuals’ unique needs and goals. I help clients find self-compassion and inner peace in the present moment while facing hardships. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly, and I value culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, accessible therapy. I endeavour to bring empathy, authenticity, insight, and calm into the therapy room and clients’ lives.
