I have experience working with anxiety, grief, depression, interpersonal-relational issues, intimacy, sexuality, self-confidence, self-esteem, self-awareness, and personality. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, freedom from judgement or marginalization, and empowerment.

I have experience working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I have extensive experience working with issues relating to sexuality and non-normative/alternative sexual lifestyles.

I have underwent specialty training in sex therapies and theories. I also have experience with dreams, symbolism, and depth psychologies.

I am psychodynamically aligned and am well versed in Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy in my practice. I promote individuality and personal happiness above maintaining the social status quo. I am pro-equality and support equal rights above all else. I am a strong advocate for social change.
