I help people explore all aspects of their identity, including their innermost self. I support my clients to work through fear and other emotions and beliefs they have taken on due to their past experiences, traumas, and conditioning. We work to slow down the mind and build inner strength. People come to me with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, anger, and stress. These symptoms begin to dissipate once we connect to a deeper awareness that is steady, whole, and wise. This approach is rooted in mindfulness therapy and transpersonal therapy.

I am a queer person, a therapist, a partner, and a mother. My own difficult life lessons have led me to the work that I offer others today. I believe in true healing, and that we are meant to live as our most authentic selves.
