At Live Inspired Counselling, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for individuals, couples, and youths. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of Live Inspired Counselling, our mission is to empower and support the diverse 2SLGBTQI+ community in their mental health journey.

Our Approach:

We understand that each person’s journey is unique, and we tailor our therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs. Drawing on evidence-based practices and a person-centered philosophy, we provide a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

We offer in- person therapy to clients in Uxbridge, Ontario and virtual therapy throughout Ontario.

Specialized Areas:

Live Inspired Counselling specializes in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, men’s mental health, and positive parenting. We are dedicated to fostering a sense of self-compassion and resilience in our clients.

Inclusive Therapy:

Our practice is committed to creating a gender-neutral and inclusive space. We recognize and celebrate the diverse identities within the 2SLGBTQI+ community, and we strive to provide affirming therapy for individuals of all gender expressions and sexual orientations.

Youth-Focused Services:

As part of our vision, we aspire to make quality therapy accessible to youths. Live Inspired Counselling is working towards hosting master level therapists to ensure that young individuals have access to the support they need during critical stages of their development.

Online Presence:

Beyond our physical practice, we aim to deepen our online footprint through informative blogs and engaging Instagram content. Our online platform serves as an extension of our commitment to psycho education and authentic connection.
