Meg Boulanger

My name is Meg (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a queer intersectional feminist with nearly a decade of experience providing mental health support to youth and adults navigating complex issues in the education, health, and legal systems. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment for you to process, reflect, and grow on your own terms.

My main focus is individual treatment for teens and adults experiencing challenges like family conflict, burnout, addiction, and court system involvement. I typically integrate CBT, DBT, and ACT approaches in my practice. During sessions you can expect me to challenge your assumptions, provide psychoeducation, give active feedback, and facilitate reflection. Therapy is a collaborative process, so we’ll work together to determine what works for you.

Virtual therapy sessions are open to clients anywhere in Ontario. Walk-and-talk therapy sessions are available in Toronto upon request. If financial barriers are preventing you from accessing therapy, sliding scale rates are available.
