I am a feminist and trauma-informed private practitioner of psychotherapy,  trained in Narrative therapy, Mindfulness meditation and Somatic experiencing, among other modalities. I practice with a very serious commitment to  anti-colonial and anti-oppressive practice.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, of many different lived experiences and realities.

I approach each and every individual whom I counsel with an openness and desire to learn about your unique story, desired therapy outcomes, and how specifically to be a good support person to you.

I am able to provide 20 hours annually of service (covered by Health Canada) to First Nations individuals who qualify for the NIHB or IRS RHSP program (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fniah-spnia/services/indiresident/irs-pi-eng.php).
