MA, MPS, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I am a queer, Chinese-Canadian psychotherapist offering 2SLGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive therapy. My work focuses on navigating cultural and relational challenges, anxiety, and trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood—whether in relationships, work, family, or navigating the complexities of cultural and intergenerational trauma.
I integrate mindfulness-based, somatic, and talk therapy approaches, tailoring our work to your unique needs. As a Somatic Experiencing® trainee, I use this trauma-healing modality developed by Peter Levine to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. I am also a certified senior Qigong instructor, incorporating mind-body practices to deepen healing.
My goal is to help you reconnect with a sense of wholeness, love, and centredness—to feel truly seen and understood. I work with adults and adolescents seeking to build self-esteem, manage stress, and find balance in their lives.
I offer in-person sessions ($160) and virtual sessions ($145).
