Our practice is a downtown Toronto-based psychological service that provides LGBTQ-positive individual and group-based counselling, treatment, and assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Working from an approach that honours your own unique context, perspectives, and abilities, we collaborate with you towards the identification, exploration, and achievement of goals for your well-being and future. In cases where clinical issues are present, we utilize our experience and expertise to assess, identify, and provide clear feedback and formulations of issues to inform your understanding of yourself and your needs, and to develop comprehensive counselling or clinical treatment plans.

We are committed to providing comprehensive services that reach beyond the therapy or assessment room, providing as little or as much assistance and advocacy as your unique needs and circumstances require. In other words, you are not alone. We will walk alongside you, assisting you to be an agentic partner in navigating the challenges, relationships, and systems towards the achievement of your goals.

We can work in collaboration with your existing service providers, circle of care, and community supports (e.g., medical/psychiatry, school/educational settings, employers, OHIP, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, private insurance providers, Children’s Aid Services, legal representatives, justice/police services, etc.) towards the facilitation of your comprehensive care and goals.
