My practice focuses on providing individuals and couples with support during life challenges and transitions. I work within a relational and anti-oppressive approach to exploring relationships, stress, anxiety, coping following trauma, loss, growth and personal transformation, and conversations around gender, sexuality, race, and disability.
I received training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP) and I am a registered member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists. I also engage in the study, practice, and research of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and exploring trauma healing, and sensorimotor approaches to personal growth and transformation.
In Waterloo, I am located in the Uptown Waterloo area at 129 Park Street. My Toronto office is located at 455 Avenue Rd (near St Clair). Please contact me at 519-577-0995 or by email at arai.sue@gmail.com with inquiries or to schedule an appointment.
