Sumac Creek Site – St. Michael’s Hospital Family Health Team

I seek to provide non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, gender-affirming primary care for folks in the LGBTQ community, including access to hormone therapy and referrals for transition-related surgery. I have experience working with racialized communities, immigrants and refugees, indigenous folks, people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing, people who use drugs or alcohol, sex workers, people with disabilities, and people with HIV and Hep C. I provide Hep C treatment, but coordinate care with a specialist for HIV treatment. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu, and speak conversational Spanish.
