I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and work with an adult clientele suffering from a wide range of psychological difficulties: trauma and stessor-related disorders (ex.: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Adjustment Disorder), Gender dysphoria or gender incongruence, Anxiety Disorders, depression, burnout, difficulties in regulating emotions, body image dissatisfaction, minority stress, stress management and building resilience.

I strive to create an inclusive space in my practice for everyone to feel safe and welcome. I am respectful and supportive of my client’s gender identity and sexuality and wish to assist and help them connect with their true self. I adopt a gender-affirming stance within my work and wish to help remove barriers and obstacles in people’s gender exploration, discovery and affirmation. I also provide support to transgender/nonbinary people who wish to engage in a transition process. I am a member of the Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health (CPATH) and work according to the 7th version of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s Standards of care (WPATH).

Lastly, I have received extensive training in delivering cognitive-behavioural therapy, existential-humanistic and mindfulness-based interventions. I combine and integrate those various modalities in order to allow for a better fit for each person’s needs.
