I am a registered clinical psychologist and a Clinical Director and Founder of The Downtown Psychology Clinic, which is a group private practice located in Toronto. I am also an Adjunct Professor and the CBT Program Director at the University of Toronto. I offer assessment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a wide-range of difficulties, including mood and anxiety disorders (e.g., Social Phobia, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Panic Disorder), relationship issues, worry, as well as schizophrenia and other psychoses. I also work extensively with clients to return to work from short- and long-term disability.

I completed my PhD at the Western University, and my residency at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Hamilton. I have also worked in a number of psychological clinics before beginning work full-time in private practice. I am certified in the provision of CBT by the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CACBT).

The goal of CBT is to change the way you think about situations and your behaviour in order to improve the way you feel. I take a non-judgmental, empathic and client-centred approach to my practice in order to suit the individual needs of each client.
