Unison Health And Community Services

Unison Health and Community Services has four full-service locations, Unison is now serving over 22,000 clients and offers core services that include primary health care, counselling, health promotion, early years programs, legal services, harm reduction programs, housing assistance and adult protective services as well as special programs like Pathways to Educations and Diabetes Education and Prevention.

Unison Health and Community Services is a non-profit, community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors who are elected every year at our Annual General Meeting. At Unison we strive to:
