Windsor Family Health Team

An interprofessional team of primary care providers comprising physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse, social worker, dietitian and administrative staff offering a LGBTQ positive environment to receive primary care services.

Windsor FHT also runs programming such as Gender Journeys (for trans* people and people questioning gender) and BSide (for people who identify as bisexual).
