I am an internationally trained psychotherapist with over 6 years of mental health experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in India and the Middle East. I believe every person is inherently driven toward and has the capacity for growth when in the right environment. While working together collaboratively, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space allowing for self-reflection and self-understanding. I can help you focus and build on your strengths and supports, look for new perspectives, learn skills, and use them to work on yourself and your overall mental health.
In my work as a therapist, I have a trauma-informed, client-centered, and integrative approach- drawing from various modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strengths-based practices. I am queer affirmative and culturally sensitive, helping navigate challenges concerning identity, friendships, intimate partner or familial relationships, and sexuality. Our sessions together would be tailored based on what works best for you, and your needs and challenges.
Reaching out for help and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable takes a lot of courage, and I look forward to working together if you are ready to take this step. Contact me to book a free 15-minute consult call. Remember, one doesn’t have to be at their lowest to seek help!

I provide individual or family psychotherapy services online and in-person at 2 locations.
