February marks Black History Month, a time to commemorate the important people and events in the history of the Black diaspora. At Rainbow Health Ontario, our work is inherently intersectional. We cannot achieve health equity for 2SLGBTQ+ communities without confronting anti-Black racism and centring the voices, experiences, and leadership of Black 2SLGBTQ+ people. This is our commitment not only in February but throughout the entire year.
Below, we are spotlighting Black 2SLGBTQ+ health resources. Stay tuned to our social media channels for additional resources all month long.
